CARBOHYDRATE:

The main ingredient of the food chemistry are carbohydrates. Their proper intake for the body is very important. Their deficiency cause various disorder.
Carbohydrates are mainly of three types
Mono Saccharrid : They are consist of Glucose and Fructose.

They are soluble in water and they are sweet in taste.They are mostly white crystalline solids
